Nice and quiet place for dinner. I had the chicken shish taouk wrap and Fatayer. The wrap is 8/10 and the prices are reasonable

What a wonderful restaurant! We found this gem whilst exploring for halal food places in Reading. The dishes were so good that we came back here for three nights in a row, just to try out different things on their menu. The staff is so lovely and polite, and the environment is peaceful and clean. The portions and prices are very reasonable so I think this is my new favourite place in Reading!

We ordered catering from Hala for a big Christmas family event this year. From start to finish the experience ranging from the owner's advice on what dishes would work for the occasion, the customer service, the presentation of the food (which we picked up on platters and took back home) to the amazing food itself, which was delicious and fresh and full of flavour and generally the perfect antidote to traditional British Christmas fare. Would highly recommend for a big or small event or even for a takeaway evening for one!

I ordered the lamb shawarma wrap and chicken shawarma and chips and it was very nice. Delivery didn’t take long and most of the food was still hot. I recommend this place and I will most likely be coming back soon
